"I haven't watered the lawn this year and don't think we're going to. In 2002, our well was at 16 feet above ground level. It's now at 38 feet. There's only 12 feet to go before the water is gone. It's then that we'll have to lower the pump down. It'll cost around two grand to drop that pump down.
We do what we can. If it's yellow, we flush about every 3-4 times."
